Jorge Diaz is the founder of Empire Building Inc., a Civil Engineer and MBA with over 25 years of experience dedicated to protecting and enhancing residential properties. Jorge’s academic foundation began at the Santiago Mariño Polytechnic Territorial University in Venezuela and was later consolidated at the Interamerican University of Panama, where he earned a Postgraduate Degree in Senior Management and an MBA in Strategic Management, graduating with honors. This background defines his work ethic: in-depth analysis, responsible planning, and full control over results.

Before establishing his career in Chicago, Jorge led large-scale projects in Venezuela and Panama, including hydraulic infrastructure, agro-industrial developments, and residential construction. These experiences strengthened his technical judgment, multidisciplinary coordination skills, and absolute commitment to protecting the client’s investment.
