Adriel Hampton discusses a good Twitter tool for following Empire Avenue people. TweepML allows you to follow entire lists of people automatically as if you were adding them one at a time. TweepML will compare a list of matching Twitter Users adding those people you are not already following and showing you those that you are.

You simply click on a link, check who you want to follow from the list, scroll to the bottom of the list, and sign in with Twitter. TweepML will then follow everyone you checked. If you are already following someone, it will let you know.
